本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、irodori apps（以下「当社」）が提供する「こころ」アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービス内容

本アプリは、毎日のセルフケアにそっと寄り添うアプリです。気分の記録、毎日のちいさな習慣、キャラクターとの冒険、七十二候の季節に合わせた活動、ありがとうノート、衣装のコレクションなどをお楽しみいただけます。

2. 本アプリの位置づけ

本アプリは、日々の生活をすこやかに過ごすためのライフスタイルツールです。医療機器ではなく、医療アドバイスを提供するものでもありません。本アプリの情報や機能は、医師、心理士、その他の医療・メンタルヘルス専門家による診断・治療・助言に代わるものではありません。

こころや体調に不安を感じられた場合は、必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。お急ぎの場合は、お住まいの地域の相談窓口または医療機関へご連絡ください。

3. アプリ内課金

本アプリは無料機能とプレミアム機能（こころ+）を提供しています。プレミアム機能は、Apple の App Store を通じて月額プラン・年額プラン・買い切りプランのいずれかでご購入いただけます。

• サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルされない限り、自動的に更新されます。
• サブスクリプションの管理およびキャンセルは、お客様のApple IDの設定から行えます。
• 無料トライアル期間の未使用分は、サブスクリプション購入時に失効します。
• 買い切りプランは一度のお支払いで永続的にご利用いただけます。

4. 知的財産権

本アプリのコンテンツ（テキスト、イラスト、デザイン、アイコン、コード、キャラクター）に関するすべての知的財産権は当社に帰属します。本アプリで使用している一部の環境音については、Free Sounds Library より CC BY 4.0 ライセンスに基づき提供されたものです。詳しくはアプリ内のクレジット画面をご覧ください。

5. 禁止事項

• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブル
• 本アプリを違法な目的で使用すること
• 本アプリの機能を妨害または損なう行為

6. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。当社は、本アプリの正確性、完全性、または特定目的への適合性について、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの使用により生じたいかなる損害についても、当社は責任を負いません。

7. 規約の変更

当社は、本規約を随時変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

8. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。

These Terms of Service govern the use of the "Kokoro" app provided by irodori apps. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

Service: Kokoro is a gentle wellness companion for daily self-care — mood check-ins, wellness goals, character adventures, seasonal activities (72 micro-seasons), gratitude journaling, and cosmetic collections.

Not a Medical Tool: The App is a lifestyle tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical, psychological, or mental health advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or counseling. If you are experiencing emotional or physical distress, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Subscriptions: Premium features (Kokoro+) are available via Apple App Store as monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings.

Attribution: Some ambient soundscapes are used under the CC BY 4.0 license from Free Sounds Library. See the Credits screen in the app for details.
